Fit, GPS & connectivity
Fit: For dogs over 8 lb and older than 6 months. Adjustable strap: 20–62 cm (approximately 7.9–24.4 inches). Measure before buying and follow the fitting guide.
Outdoor space: Our minimum area guideline is 0.4 acre. Suitability also depends on the layout, room for warning zones, outdoor GPS reception and supervised setup and training.
GPS boundaries: Outdoor GPS reception and collar power are required. Saved boundaries need Strong or Normal GPS; Weak GPS or Low-power mode disables fences. Set up, test and train before use.
Connected features: Live tracking, escape alerts and remote app access need active service and compatible cellular coverage. See subscription information for included service and renewal details.
App examples & training: App values and training levels are illustrative, not recommendations. The 9 hr 45 min sleep example is not a recommended collar-wear duration. Static is optional; read the full guide and train together.

Saved boundaries operate on the collar without an active connectivity plan or cellular coverage. GPS reception is still required.

Positioning quality can vary around buildings, trees and other obstructions. Set up and test boundaries outdoors, follow the training guidance, and keep your dog supervised during training. HAVEN does not guarantee that a dog cannot cross a boundary.

GPS performance depends on the environment and sky view. Set and test boundaries in an open outdoor area and follow the setup and training guidance in the manual.
Can I create different safe zones?
Yes. HAVEN supports circular boundaries, polygon boundaries, customised scenes and no-go zones.
What is Dog Finder?
Dog Finder uses sound, light and Bluetooth radar to help you locate your dog when they are nearby.
Does HAVEN track health?
HAVEN provides Activity & Sleep Insights including steps, calories burnt, activity time and sleep duration. HAVEN activity insights are designed to support everyday awareness and are not medical advice or veterinary diagnosis.
Is training required?
Yes. Your dog needs supervised boundary training to understand the warning cues and learn where the boundary is. Follow the user manual, introduce the system gradually, and reward your dog for returning to the safe area.
Test the boundary before use. Do not rely on the collar as your dog’s only protection near roads or other hazards.
Is static correction required?
No. Owners can choose tone, vibration or optional static settings depending on their dog and training approach.
Is it waterproof?
HAVEN is rated IP67 for everyday outdoor conditions. As with any electronic device, performance depends on correct sealing and care.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on usage. The collar supports up to 48 hours in real-time tracking mode and up to 96 hours in normal use.
