Does HAVEN require a subscription?
No. The GPS fence works with no plan and no cellular signal, because the boundary is stored on the collar itself. A HAVEN connectivity plan is only needed if you want live 4G tracking, escape alerts and remote app access. Plans start at $5 per month, and the first twelve months are included free with every collar.
What happens to the fence if I cancel my plan?
Nothing. Containment keeps working exactly as before, because the boundary is stored on the collar rather than in the cloud. Only live tracking, escape alerts and remote app access stop.
Does HAVEN work without WiFi?
Yes. HAVEN is designed for outdoor use and uses GPS, Bluetooth and 4G connectivity depending on the feature and environment.
How accurate is the GPS?
In open areas with clear sky view, GPS accuracy is typically around 1 metre.
Can I create different safe zones?
Yes. HAVEN supports circular boundaries, polygon boundaries, customised scenes and no-go zones.
What is Dog Finder?
Dog Finder uses sound, light and Bluetooth radar to help you locate your dog when they are nearby.
Does HAVEN track health?
HAVEN provides Activity & Sleep Insights including steps, calories burnt, activity time and sleep duration. HAVEN activity insights are designed to support everyday awareness and are not medical advice or veterinary diagnosis.
Is training required?
Every dog is different. HAVEN includes adjustable tone, vibration and optional static guidance, allowing owners to choose the level of support that suits their dog.

Is it waterproof?
HAVEN is rated IP67 for everyday outdoor conditions. As with any electronic device, performance depends on correct sealing and care.
How long does the battery last?
