The big idea

The Invisible Safety Layer

You draw safe zones on the map. HAVEN Freedom uses GPS to recognise your saved boundaries and provide warning cues that help guide your dog back towards their safe zone. Live location and escape alerts are available in the app, with notifications reaching your phone if they cross the boundary lines.

Getting started

Find their fit

Measure your dog and adjust the collar for a secure, comfortable fit. Follow the user manual for fitting and preparation before use.

Make space for them

Draw and save outdoor safe zones and no-go zones in the app. Start with our 0.4-acre minimum guideline, allow room for warning zones, and test each boundary outdoors as directed in the manual.

Learn together

Introduce the warning cues gradually and reward your dog for returning to the safe area. Keep your dog supervised during training.

Adjustable by design

Training & Safety Guidance

HAVEN Freedom’s guidance is fully adjustable, with tone levels 1 to 9, vibration levels 1 to 9 and optional static levels 1 to 99. Choose the settings that suit your dog’s training needs.

At the boundary, choose tone only, vibration only, or tone and vibration together. You can also combine tone and vibration with optional low, medium or high static. You can reduce the levels or switch off static at any time.
